Tracie Ninh

Tracie Ninh is responsible for managing the key aspects of the integrated SA8000 Social Fingerprint certification system. Ms. Ninh is creating and executing a methodology for measuring, evaluating, and analyzing the SA8000 certification system to ensure the assurance and integrity of the scheme. She will also head the research of SA8000's impact on facilities' business practices and will work closely with key colleagues across SAI to create and disseminate education materials on its application to auditors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. 

Ms. Ninh received her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration on Management and Human Resources from Cal Poly Pomona, where she had the opportunity to study international business at the University of Bozen-Bolzano, Italy. She earned her M.A. from The New School's Graduate Program in International Affairs with a concentration in Media and Culture. Through the International Field Program at The New School, Ms. Ninh was able to travel to Khayelitsha, South Africa to work with Equal Education as a facilitator for Amazwi Wethu, a youth media program.
